Making a claim can be scary thought, however we work with a claims team that will make it as straightforward as possible and allow you to get on with life as soon as possible.
Here at Brightside we will contact around 30 days before your renewal date offering you a new price for your coming year. If your circumstances have changed in the previous year and you haven't let us know please contact us so we can update your quote.
Brightside will attempt to obtain a renewal price 28 to 21 days before your policy is due to renew and will advise you of this by your preferred delivery method.
Proof of No Claims Discount can only be released once your policy has ended and any debt has been cleared and any mid-term claim has been settled.
