We have enhanced our maternity and paternity leave entitlement to offer you more flexibility so you can make the most of your time with your new arrival.
Birthday day off
No one wants to work on their birthday, right? So Brightside’s gift to you is your Birthday off! This is in addition to your normal annual leave allowance and should be taken on or around your birthday. If you work part-time or on a temporary basis, your day off is on a pro-rata basis.
Employee Care
We hold regular Mental First Aid training courses and other activities in our wellness rooms. We are also part of EmployeeCare, that gives you perks, counselling and wellbeing support, all bundled into one simple app.
