Our Technology & Change department is made up of a variety of smaller teams including; Service Desk, Infrastructure, Testing, Development, Technology Governance, Platform Support and change management.
They are primarily based out of Bristol but our service desk team have a presence across all of our sites.
What we do
The Technology & Change department is primarily accountable for the design, build, test, execution and support of applications, systems and services that enable the business to function.
The team also look after all of our equipment; PCs, telephones, mobile phones, printers and all communication channels between our offices and core third party service providers.
