Our Customer Operations department is made up of three teams, Sales & Renewals, Service and Operational Support, and is based across our three sites; Bristol, Southampton and Torquay.

Sales and Renewals
Working in the sales and renewals team, you’ll spend your time speaking to potential customers over the telephone, sharing your knowledge on the insurance products we offer and giving interested customers real reasons to buy. You’ll need great communication skills, be passionate about people and taking the time to understand each situation.
Our customer service team take inbound calls from our customers who have queries about their existing policies. Whether it’s a name or address change to something more complex in this role, you will use your product knowledge and customer service skills to resolve and offer solutions, building rapport and understanding the customer’s requirements so you can upsell or cross-sell when appropriate.
Our Operational Support team support our customers and contact centre with a variety of more complex queries relating to validations, fraud and complaints. They also ensure that we are meeting the required regulatory requirements when we are communicating with our customers through quality assurance activities.
